Chartered Accountants - Beginning of Chamber Membership

No special deadlines need to be observed.

Voluntary membership begins on the day of written registration and ends on the day of receipt of written notice to terminate membership in the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Accountants.

• Section 171 paragraph 2 of the Wirtschaftstreuhandberufsgesetz 2017 (WTBG 2017)
• Article 1 section 13 of the Genossenschaftsrevisionsgesetz (GenRevG)

The following persons may join the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Accountants on a voluntary basis:

• Persons who are appointed as court-certified experts for bookkeeping and accounting or as inventory experts and
• Persons who are auditors approved under article 1 section 13 of the Genossenschaftsrevisionsgesetz (GenRevG)
