criteria are referenced in the European Standard EN 301 549). Further legal
bases are provided by the Act of 21 October 1981 on Support for the
Participation of People with Disabilities in the Province of Salzburg, LGBl No.
93/1981 as amended (Salzburg Participation Act – S.THG) and the associated
Regulation of the Salzburg Provincial Government of 1 April 2020 on the
requirements for barrier-free access to websites and mobile
applications, LGBl No. 28/2020 as amended (Salzburg Web Accessibility
Regulation).
